This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be issued for application fees paid through Appli (Appt Innovation Labs Private Limited).

By using Appli and making any payment on the platform, you agree to this Refund Policy.

1. General Policy

Application fees paid through Appli are non-refundable by default.

Appli facilitates the collection of application fees on behalf of colleges and institutions, and such fees are transferred to the respective institution upon successful application submission.

2. Limited Refund Eligibility

A refund will be issued only under the following condition:

  • If a college/institution fails to acknowledge a submitted application within 48 hours of submission.

In such cases:

  • The user will be notified, and

  • The full amount paid, including the application fee and platform/convenience fee, will be refunded.

3. No Other Refund Scenarios

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases (including but not limited to):

  • Change of mind after submission

  • Incorrect information entered by the user

  • Rejection of application by the college

  • Failure to complete application after payment

  • User dissatisfaction with college, course, or outcomes

4. Refund Timeline

  • Eligible refunds will be initiated by Appli after the 48-hour acknowledgment window lapses.

  • Once initiated, refunds will be processed within 7 (seven) business days.

  • The amount will be credited to the original payment method used by the user.

5. Post 48-Hour Responsibility

  • After the initial 48-hour period:

    • The application is considered acknowledged and processed by the college.

    • Any refund-related concerns must be addressed directly with the respective college/institution.

  • Appli shall not be responsible for processing or facilitating refunds beyond this period.

6. Payment Issues & Exceptions

  • In cases of payment failures, duplicate transactions, or technical errors, Appli may review the situation on a case-by-case basis and take appropriate action at its sole discretion.

7. Fraud & Legal Compliance

  • In case of suspected fraud, misuse, or illegal activity:

    • Appli reserves the right to withhold or investigate transactions

    • Actions will be taken in accordance with applicable laws and directions from relevant authorities

8. Limitation of Liability

Appli:

  • Does not guarantee admission or outcomes from any college or institution

  • Is not responsible for decisions, processes, or delays on the part of colleges

  • Acts solely as a facilitator for application submission and fee collection

9. Final Authority

  • All decisions regarding refunds, including eligibility and processing, shall be at the sole discretion of Appli, subject to the terms outlined above and applicable law.
